プライバシーポリシー

UTSUNOMICS（以下「当方」）は、iOSおよびAndroid向けアプリ「ダンジョントレック」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。

収集する情報

本アプリでは、氏名、メールアドレスなどの情報を利用者に直接入力していただく機能はありません。

本アプリは広告配信のためにAdMob（Google LLC）を利用しています。AdMobは、IPアドレス、広告識別子（IDFAやAndroid広告IDなど）、端末識別子、アプリの操作情報、診断情報などを自動的に収集する場合があります。

iOS版では、利用者の許可を得た場合、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）に基づき広告識別子（IDFA）へアクセスし、利用者に合わせた広告の配信および広告効果の測定のために、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断して利用者または端末を識別する場合があります。ATTの許可は任意であり、許可しなくても本アプリを利用できます。

Android版では、広告の配信および広告効果の測定のために、端末の設定に応じてAndroid広告IDなどが使用される場合があります。

本アプリは、広告削除機能のアプリ内課金および購入の復元のために、Unity Technologiesが提供するUnity In-App Purchasing（Unity IAP）を利用しています。Unity IAPは、ユーザーID（Player IDやUnity Installation IDなど）、セッションID、端末情報、国またはおおよその位置情報、購入履歴、クラッシュログ、診断情報、その他のアプリのパフォーマンス情報を収集する場合があります。また、利用状況に応じて、メールアドレス、広告識別子その他の識別子を一時的または継続的に処理する場合があります。本アプリがクレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号などの決済情報を直接収集することはなく、決済はAppleまたはGoogleのアプリストアによって処理されます。

利用目的

これらの情報は、広告の配信および最適化、利用状況の分析、不正行為の防止ならびにサービスの品質向上のために利用されます。

Unity IAPが取り扱う情報は、アプリ内課金の処理、購入状態の確認および復元、利用状況の分析、障害の診断、サービスの改善、不正行為の防止ならびに法令遵守のために利用されます。

広告に関する選択

地域や適用法令に応じて、Googleが提供する広告利用に関する同意画面が表示される場合があります。利用者は、Googleの広告設定のほか、iOSでは「設定」の「プライバシーとセキュリティ」内にある「トラッキング」、Androidでは端末のプライバシーまたは広告に関する設定から、広告のパーソナライズや広告識別子の利用を管理できます。設定項目の名称はOSのバージョンや端末によって異なる場合があります。

安全管理

当方は、利用者情報の取扱いにあたり、利用する第三者サービスを適切に選定し、不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止に必要な合理的な措置を講じます。AdMobおよびUnity IAPが取り扱う情報は、GoogleまたはUnityのプライバシーポリシーおよび安全管理措置に基づいて管理され、通信時には暗号化されます。

保存期間および削除

当方は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報を当方が管理するサーバーへ直接収集または保存しません。AdMobが収集した情報の保存期間および削除は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。利用者は、Googleの広告設定や端末の設定から広告に関する選択を管理できます。

Unity IAPでは、注文情報、設定情報および認証用トークンは削除が選択されるまで保存され、サービスログは原則として90日間保存されます。利用者から確認可能な削除リクエストを受けた場合、当方は、ユーザーID、インストールID、セッションID、端末情報、診断情報、パフォーマンス情報および関連するIAPデータについて、原則として90日以内に削除し、またはUnityに削除を指示します。ただし、購入・取引記録のうち、税務、会計、不正防止、セキュリティまたは法令遵守のために必要な情報は、取引日から最長7年間保存した後、削除または匿名化します。

データ削除のリクエスト方法

データの削除を希望する場合は、件名を「ダンジョントレック データ削除リクエスト」として、contact@utsunomics.comまでメールでご連絡ください。

  1. 利用しているOSおよびアプリストア
  2. 購入のおおよその日付
  3. 確認可能な場合は、アプリストアが発行した注文番号

パスワード、クレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号は送信しないでください。当方は、リクエストの確認後、削除対象と保持対象をご案内し、上記の保存期間に従って処理します。Unityが独立した管理者として取り扱う取引・請求データについては、利用者からunity-iap-contact@unity3d.comへ直接リクエストする必要がある場合があります。本アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリからの以後の情報送信は停止します。

対象年齢

本アプリは、13歳以上の方を対象としています。当方は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除するための合理的な措置を講じます。

本ポリシーの変更

当方は、法令または本アプリの内容の変更などに応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。改定後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Privacy Policy

UTSUNOMICS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles user information in the iOS and Android application Dungeon Trek (the “Application”) as described below.

Information We Collect

The Application does not provide a feature that asks users to directly enter information such as their name or email address.

The Application uses AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect information such as IP addresses, advertising identifiers (including IDFA and the Android advertising ID), device identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information.

On iOS, with the user’s permission, the Application may access the advertising identifier (IDFA) under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and identify users or devices across other companies’ apps or websites to deliver personalized advertisements and measure advertising effectiveness. ATT permission is optional, and users can use the Application without granting it.

On Android, the Android advertising ID or similar identifiers may be used to deliver advertisements and measure advertising effectiveness, depending on the user’s device settings.

The Application uses Unity In-App Purchasing (“Unity IAP”), provided by Unity Technologies, to process the in-app purchase that removes advertisements and to restore purchases. Unity IAP may collect user identifiers (including Player ID and Unity Installation ID), session IDs, device information, country or approximate location, purchase history, crash logs, diagnostic information, and other app performance data. Depending on use, it may also process an email address, advertising identifiers, and other identifiers either temporarily or on an ongoing basis. The Application does not directly collect payment information such as credit card or bank account numbers. Payments are processed by the Apple or Google app store.

Purposes of Use

This information is used to deliver and optimize advertisements, analyze usage, prevent fraud, and improve service quality.

Information handled by Unity IAP is used to process in-app purchases, verify and restore purchase status, analyze usage, diagnose issues, improve services, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.

Advertising Choices

Depending on the user’s region and applicable laws, a Google consent form for advertising may be displayed. Users can manage advertising choices through Google’s ad settings. On iOS, tracking permission can be managed under Tracking in Privacy & Security settings. On Android, ad personalization and advertising identifiers can be managed through the device’s privacy or advertising settings. The names of these settings may vary depending on the OS version and device.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to select appropriate third-party services and to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or damage. Information handled by AdMob and Unity IAP is managed in accordance with Google’s or Unity’s privacy policy and security measures and is encrypted in transit.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not directly collect or store users’ personal information on servers controlled by us through the Application. Information collected by AdMob is retained and deleted in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. Users can manage advertising choices through Google’s ad settings or their device settings.

Unity IAP retains orders, configuration data, and authentication tokens until deletion is requested, and generally retains service logs for 90 days. After receiving a verifiable deletion request, we will generally delete, or instruct Unity to delete, user IDs, installation IDs, session IDs, device information, diagnostic and performance information, and related IAP data within 90 days. Purchase and transaction records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance may be retained for up to seven years from the transaction date and will then be deleted or anonymized.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion, email contact@utsunomics.com with the subject “Dungeon Trek Data Deletion Request.”

  1. State the OS and app store you use.
  2. Provide the approximate purchase date.
  3. If available, provide the order number issued by the app store.

Do not send passwords, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers. After verifying the request, we will explain which data will be deleted or retained and process it according to the retention periods above. For transaction or billing data that Unity processes as an independent controller, users may need to contact unity-iap-contact@unity3d.com directly. Uninstalling the Application stops future transmission of information from the Application.

Age Requirement

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy in response to changes in applicable laws or the Application. The revised policy takes effect when it is published on this page.
